Using WeatherGeo

WeatherGeo provides location-based weather conditions, forecasts, climate information, historical summaries, maps, and optional browser notifications. You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes and must not interfere with its operation or security.

Do not use the site to send malicious code, disrupt service, bypass access controls, or make automated requests that place unreasonable load on the service. These terms do not limit any use or rights permitted by applicable law.

Weather information and alerts

Weather observations, forecasts, climate summaries, and historical information can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. WeatherGeo does not guarantee that information is current or error-free.

WeatherGeo is not an emergency warning service. Browser notifications may be delayed, blocked, or not delivered. Do not rely on WeatherGeo or its notifications for decisions about immediate safety, severe weather, evacuation, or emergency response. Check official local alerts and instructions.

Content and third-party services

WeatherGeo and its licensors retain rights in the site, software, branding, and content they provide. Weather, map, and radar material may be supplied under separate third-party terms or licenses. Map attribution and provider notices form part of the applicable terms for that material.

Some features connect to services operated by other providers, including map and radar providers listed in the Privacy Policy. WeatherGeo does not control those services; your use of them may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Availability and changes

WeatherGeo may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site as needed to maintain or improve the service. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here with a new date.

Warranties and liability

To the extent allowed by law, WeatherGeo is provided without a promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

WeatherGeo is not responsible for decisions made solely from weather information or for outages or content controlled by third-party services, except where applicable law says otherwise.
